About this Event
This focused professional development session brings together consortium members for a half-day of structured learning and peer exchange. Facilitated by senior members with deep experience across finance, technology, and leadership, the workshop is designed to sharpen strategic thinking and equip attendees with actionable frameworks they can apply immediately in their careers.
The programme includes a keynote address on adaptive leadership, two facilitated breakout sessions covering negotiation and stakeholder management, and a live Q&A with senior consortium members. All registered attendees will receive a curated digital resource pack following the session.
